This place is amazing! The location is perfect, so close to the beach. I loved that it was just a short downhill walk away, although it might take longer if you're not great with steps or uneven terrain. The staff here were all really friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The room I stayed in was beautiful and very clean. It had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area with a dining table. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and I appreciated having access to a kitchenette with cookware and an electric kettle. There was also a television with an AM/FM alarm clock and a telephone. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

As it was opening of the season, I was one of the first visitors in the hotel. I liked the big and modern room with excellent sea view and good location. It is close to the beach, but in quiet environment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was also OK!

Excellent rooms - lots of space, good furniture, well maintained, nice sea view, good quality hotel. Excellent reception service compared to many hotels in Golden Sands. The girls all speak good english and smile. Much improoved on food service now ! Clean and fresh . Combined with good price it is on top of my list this season for Golden Sands

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach, making it a great choice for adventure travelers. the rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the bathroom is well-maintained with clean facilities. the staff, although lacking in certain tourist information, are friendly and accommodating. Guests can also enjoy a small pool on the property.

The breakfast spread could be improved with a wider variety of warm dishes and better quality food.

I liked the big room we stayed in and the hotel staff that was friendly.

- The location is not that great - you have to walk some minutes to the beach and having a stroller does not make it easy at all on those roads. - the food was simply horrible :( - only cheap kind of food - I've noticed that the food not eaten in one day was used for the next day - we've had breakfast and dinner and in 3 days we could not find a decent food to eat. For dinner, no drinks available - only for AllInclusive there were some kind of juice I would not dear to drink - even the plain water was very well hidden behind the bar far away from the food. - in the bathroom the shower was leaking all over the floor - I knew about the parking space - but I did not imagine that anyone with a little architecture knowledge can design something like this - the entrance is awful, you have to have a SUV in order to get inside without touching the floor.

We visited the hotel for a wedding anniversary and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the time. They gave us a free bottle of shampagne and they served us the dinner in their VIP room which made us to feel very special and at the same time we didn't need to go out to other restaurant for dinner. The room was nice and clean. The location is also very good because it's just 200 meters from the bus stop ( we didn't go there by car ) and at the same time there is a shortcut from the hotel right to the beach and to the center of Golden Sands. Even though the hotel looks a bit far up it takes no more than 2min. to be on the beach or 5min. to be around all the restaurants and night clubs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. The hotel facilities, including the small pool, were great. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.
